Shipping
Juju Chan® LLC strives to fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. All orders ship by USPS first class, Priority or Ground service within the US from its base of San Francisco. Once your order is placed, you will receive a email of confirmation. Your order should arrive within 3-5 business days. If for any reason we cannot ship within the usual 10 business days we will contact you directly.
International Shipping will be shipped First Class and should arrive in 10 business days, you may need to pay customer charges and any import fees before your local postal service will release your package. Please be aware we do not collect charges for these fees and that it is your responsibility to pay your local agency should need be.

Returns & Refunds
If you have purchased from us , thank you! We are committed to giving our customers the best experience. If you have received damaged goods or are not completely happy with your product please email us at contact@jujuchan.com to let us know as soon as possible.
Refunds on new or gently used products can be given within 30 days of the purchase date and can be returned to us at the address given to you. After 30 days have passed, your product is no longer eligible for a refund.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded and customers are responsible for any charges incurred for shipping the product back to us. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment and can take between 7 – 10 business days.
