Prices are dependent on weight

USPS First Class (2 – 5 business days) starting at $4.90+

USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) starting at $8.25+

For International Shipping:

We can offer standard international shipping at the most current shipping rates at the time of order.

Payment Options:

Checkout with Shopify and you can use various payment options, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Payments are accepted directly through PayPal. However you do NOT need to have a PayPal account to place an order. Select the link ‘Do not have a PayPal account’ at check out and proceed to use any credit card.

Returns & Refunds

Thank you for purchasing our products at JujuChan.com, we are committed to giving our customers the best experience. If you have received damaged goods or are not completely happy with your product please email us at contact@jujuchan.com to let us know as soon as possible.

Refunds on new or gently used products can be given within 30 days of the purchase date and can be returned to us at the address given to you. After 30 days have passed, your product is no longer eligible for a refund.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded and customers are responsible for any charges incurred for shipping the product back to us. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment and can take between 7 – 10 business days.
